ECO Building Resource will honour ALL manufacturers warranties and guarantees.
All purchased items will be accepted for refund/exchange in original condition, and in original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Special order non-stock items are non-returnable /non-refundable.
Clearance items may only be exchanged.
ECO Building Resource reserves the right to refuse returns on items that have been damaged, soiled, or altered in any way.
We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns or exchanges.
A refund/exhange will be issued less shipping fees for eligible return items.
Returns/exchanges are generally processed by ECO Building Resource within 14 days of receipt.
Please note, during seasonally high-volume periods it can take up to 21 days to process a customer return.
If received after the 30-day period, or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy, the item(s) will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
Incomplete sets will not be processed as a return.
How To Return A Purchase
You may return your purchase by mailing to us a) the completed Return/Exchange Form (click here), b) your original invoice, and c) the item(s) you wish to return to the following address:

ECO Building Resource does NOT pay for returns. It is up to you the customer to return and pay for the returns or exchanges.
Once we receive your returned item(s), upon inspection of the item, we will contact you to inform you of your refund or provide you information on your exchanged item(s).
Please allow 14-21 days for your request to be processed.
